Our focus: remove friction, tighten the user experience, and make key actions\u2014like shopping for tires\u2014effortless on desktop, tablet, and mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We\u2019ve Improved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Imagery refreshes:<\/strong> Updated photos that better reflect the people, facilities, and services customers actually see in-shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Video embeds:<\/strong> Added shop-floor videos on key pages to build trust and show the team in action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Code fixes:<\/strong> Cleaned up layout quirks, spacing, and responsiveness for a smoother scroll and faster interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lightweight maintenance:<\/strong> Kept plugins current, fixed broken links, tidied accessibility details, and maintained performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New: Tire-Shopping Widget<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We implemented a <strong>tire-shopping widget<\/strong> that brings customers directly into the search flow with fewer clicks\u2014especially helpful on mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it helps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearer, earlier <strong>CTAs<\/strong> for tire shopping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A simplified path from <strong>browse \u2192 select \u2192 book<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mobile-first<\/strong> layout and touch-friendly steps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaborative Model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This work is a great example of agency-to-agency collaboration.
