Overview
While we didn’t design Matt’s Automotive’s original website, Off The Richter Design partnered with Beyond Marketing FM to keep the site sharp, fast, and easy to use. Our focus: remove friction, tighten the user experience, and make key actions—like shopping for tires—effortless on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
What We’ve Improved
- Imagery refreshes: Updated photos that better reflect the people, facilities, and services customers actually see in-shop.
- Video embeds: Added shop-floor videos on key pages to build trust and show the team in action.
- Code fixes: Cleaned up layout quirks, spacing, and responsiveness for a smoother scroll and faster interactions.
- Lightweight maintenance: Kept plugins current, fixed broken links, tidied accessibility details, and maintained performance.
New: Tire-Shopping Widget
We implemented a tire-shopping widget that brings customers directly into the search flow with fewer clicks—especially helpful on mobile.
Why it helps:
- Clearer, earlier CTAs for tire shopping
- A simplified path from browse → select → book
- Mobile-first layout and touch-friendly steps
Collaborative Model
This work is a great example of agency-to-agency collaboration. Cassie at Beyond Marketing FM sets strategy and brand priorities; we turn those priorities into on-site improvements that lift usability and conversion—without a full redesign.
What’s Next
We’ll keep iterating on micro-UX, refining service pages, tightening performance, and adding helpful media. Small, continuous improvements compound into a site that feels modern and converts better.
